THE IMPACT OF ETHICAL DECISION-MAKING ON ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES
Abstract: This study investigates the impact of ethical decision-making on administrative roles, aiming to identify how ethical considerations influence administrative effectiveness. A survey research design was employed, with a sample size of 350 participants from a healthcare institution in Kaduna, derived using Taro Yamane’s formula. The reliability coefficient score of the survey was 0.89, indicating high reliability. Findings suggest that ethical decision-making significantly enhances administrative roles by promoting integrity and trust within the organization. The study recommends the integration of ethics training into administrative development programs to improve overall decision-making processes and organizational culture.
